OK, I’m sure I’m not the only one who would love to see StatsJunky for the Mac. I literally have a PC for the sole purpose of keeping StatsJunky running. Needless to say, I love the app enough to keep the PC for that one reason, but I know there has to be others out there who are dying to see this application move “beyond the PC.” Over a year and a half ago I mentioned this to them and was told it might be something they do down the road, but there were other pressing needs at the time. Ginette made the following post over at the Stats Junky Forum, and I wanted to pass it on to those who may have missed it. For the next week or so, the developers will be working solely on improving core stability to the app, and not focusing on adding new features (just for the next 7-8 days). Well, here we are. Almost 3 years in the making and Stats Junky is being released to the public! Never would I have imagined…over 2 years ago (in 2006) I received the first email…”Walt, we have something we’re thinking about developing…would you be consider being a beta tester?” It seems like it was a lifetime ago, but was it ever worth the wait (for you)!
